I did have the same problem when I was running a custom Rom. No idea why this happened. Backed up my phone, factory reset and flashed another rom. The problem is gone now.

About the issue with last.fm force closing after installing AR30 This didn't work. Reinstalled AR22.1 and had no problem. Today I installed AR30 again and the problem returns. If anyone knows another solution I would be happy to hear it!

Yes, and you can do this with the toolkit.
