I'm on OOS3.Beta now and stock recovery. What would be my safest way to TWRP and SuperSU ? Just download the TWRP from first post and fastboot flash recovery recovery.img and then reboot into TWRP and flash SuperSU ?

Is it safe to use CF to root your S5 (SM-G900F / BOC7) with the latest Lollipop without trigging KN*X?

I don't want to install a 3rd part calandar to be able to view weeknumber, unless I can uninstall this crap. Someone said that if I do uninstall it, it would brake sync. Not sure if that is true though.

You are correct. I stand corrected. Thank you for your input. I rooted with chainfire's kernel, then flashed twrp and SuperSU, and now everything is back to normal :)
