I've tried everything every time I install a new kernel it either knocks out my wifi or gets stuck on the white htc screen anyone with any ideas?

just the boot animation. my friend loves android but she finds it easier to use apple i told her that she could make an android look like apple but still have all the cool android features an she was so excited all she needs now is the boot animation so thats why im looking for it

I did exactly that but it still says no device found not sure what to do I looked up all the drivers I need an they say all working but I have to I have android adb interface with a little triangle on it then under it I have Samsung adb interface which is gd idk how to get adb to read the phone...
