hi! did you flash the wrong recovery? because there are two of them one is for mm and one is for nougat. i highly recommand using stock 219 row before you flash the first recovery. you should only flash on a7010a48 either 2 or 3 gb ram. you might have downloaded the wrong rom for your device...

that is... wrong, there is now way the flashing procedure is very different twrp can't flash stock because it would flash it's self... so you need to use sptools for that, load the scatter file then power phone off press download then connect the microusb. you lose twrp but it's easy to get it...

read the thread. the lenovo vibe k4 note section has different threads, there are threads that tell you where and how to get the stock rom, i'm sure there's more than one link, you don't really need the latest version... you will get ota updates to 232

as it stands few things left to fix in oreo nfc working properly a better camera hal shutdown issue and an easier way to flash everything the whole flashing procedure could be automated and take a lot less all that would be left to do is to reap the benefits of oreo, interface, security patches...

proper flashing ... mohancm and anyone who can help me out a bit. So i tried flashing the new recovery from mohancm 3.2. something found on xda, needless to say it messed up my phone. i can't get storage back and i also lost root. so here's what i did, started from scratch reflash stock rom 219...

lol yeah, it's all over the thread, it's tricky, but doable, so... the most tricky part is getting the right drivers, than you need a pc/laptop running windows, install the drivers, most of them not digitally signed... then maui meta. connect the phone and write the imei from the box.

yeah stock... from my personal experience with this phone and i do have quite a lot, flashing stock rom always takes care of a problem, except there's a little thing where you have to do some operations in order and especially unlocking boot from phone and command prompt, if you don't do that...

the camera on 5.8.4 had a choppyer interface but definetly better pictures than this one.

about that final rom mohancm so i was reading all kinds of articles here about nougat and oreo, oreo sounds nice but, i'd still like to see a polished final nougat first, because there are a few buggs that need to be adressed, as you can read in the comments, you did a great job with the rom...

there is a magisk module called dolby for a7000 that one is very stable, and you can use it without any problems, i use it too, and so far so good. you just go to magisk>downloads there are all sort of modules there that you can use. magisk will automatically download and flash the module then...

i can explain it to you, or i can set up a meet on team viewer and help you with the flashing procedure, it's easy. you need to have all the right drivers installed, maui meta, and the following files downloaded: wifi fix files, rom, gapps, the 2 recoveries and adb.

missing storage maybe? see if you somehow flashed tge rom incorrectly and lost access to your internal storage, check to see if you can access it, if you messed up, you won't be able to see the 32 gb even when you connect to pc, just the sd card, maybe that's why you don't see the downloaded files.

so... there are 2 thinga that could have hapened, either you messed up your sim card, which did hapen to me, in which case you should get it replaced or, your imei is lost and you need to use maui meta to restore it. place your sim in another phone and see if it works, if it does then it's your...
