stuck at boot I unlocked bootloader but its taking too long to boot its been 10 mins now

i have cyanogenmod 12.1 with cwm recovery i want to go back to miui 7 because of HDR and ir remote not working i tried to flash mi stock recovery but process was aborted :( i also tried to directly flash miui 7 but it also failed so please can anyone help me please provide steps too. Thanks:)
