I will get my new phone, the xiaomi mi3 WCDMA with snapdragon 800 and 64gb, tomorrow :D . So i searched for a possibly to root it, but i could just find root for the tegra 4 version :crying: . Does someone of you know how to root it?? And pls open a forum for the mi3.

First i'm no developer, i just try a lot of roms and tweak them for personal usage, but i know way to less to be called a dev. I tried most of the roms out there and my favorites are Lewa (i know the lewa rom(gb version)from my old phone gt-s5830) and paranoidandroid. A watched a few videos...

a few days ago i installed the ultimatum rom 2.9 (without any scripts) everything was working but after one or two days my apps didnt work anymore it showed "prozess ... is not responding" when i launched the app . i figured out that when i move the app to sd and then back again it worked like...

Im wondering why all the Android kernels are so old? For example: ive the newest Rom for the ace (thanks to wayland) but it just has a 2.6.y kernel. Even backtrack, blackbuntu or ue have old kernels (3.2.y-3.5.y) . So my question is : why does no one use the 3.7.y or 3.8 kernel ? :o Sorry if...
