Remove the USB cable when you are trying to boot to download mode. Once in download mode, reconnect it. Seems to work faster. I know on older phones that if you didn't do a hard reboot (not connected to the computer) the modem file would not update.

Uninstall the adblocker with titaanium backup or just don't use it anymore and replace the hosts file under system/etc with the default that doesn't have anything redirected. You can unzip the following file and replace the host file in system/etc.

Don't flash the kernel until you boot and either use adb or terminal to do the toggles. Once you flash the 6.4 kernel: su Toggles will not work, it will have an error. After you get the toggles to work, then flash the kernel and wipe the caches and reboot and you will be good to go.

I would say yes since I flashed and call works but the person on the other end hears an echo. When ML1 is flashed the echo is gone. Flash the modem before or after, really doesn't matter.
