I tried 9.7 Did not listen to my own advice and upgraded when 9.6 was working fine. GPS stopped working for me after upgrade. When restored back to 9.6, GPS still didn't work, so maybe just got really lucky with GPS working yesterday in the area where I live.

The steps I take when flashing are full wipe (internal storage, cache, dalvik, data, system; everything except sd card which is where I keep ROM files and titanium backup), flash rom, flash supersu, flash gapps, flash xposed.
