A hard reset=full wipe

It won't charge at all if the cable isn't snapped all the way in. I just checked it again. Mine is definitely not charging correctly. Google support told me to hard reset the phone. I think I'm just going to hold off until I get my 6P and return this one

No such option that I know of. It indicates that it is charging rapidly but doesn't actually do that

Tried charging it again today from 10%. 10 minutes later, I had 15%, and 30 minutes later, 30%. Certainly doesn't seem to be charging at the correct rate to me.

Just got my Nexus 5X today. I realize that Quick Charge 2.0 chargers won't work properly with the device but I'm seeing very slow charging speeds using the charger and cable that came with the device. From 10%, my phone took 15 minutes to charge another 7% and says it will take almost 2 hours...

It feels very similar to the red N5. Not soft touch, not glossy slippery. I find it pretty grippy.

Uh, my QHD Nexus 6 does just fine. I'm inclined to think it's something software related since not everyone is having this issue

My Nexus 6 doesn't have this issue. Mine was bad enough that I went ahead and returned it. No excuse for that on a $500 phone

I removed it and rebooted but the lag still exists. I'll try a hard reset and see if that fixes it

Nope not rooted. Speeding up animations won't fix the stuttering, especially when scrolling. The phone feels like it's running in battery saving mode all the time. Same apps I have loaded on my Nexus 6.

Got my phone on Friday and got it all set up. Noticed on Saturday that my scrolling is stuttering; animations seem to be laggy, and overall the phone feels slightly sluggish. Any ideas? My Nexus 6 is buttery smooth and that's what I was expecting with this phone too.

Yes, unlocked direct from Moto Maker. I can check over in the forums but when I pasted the output into Moto's site it said that bootloader unlocking was not supported on the device. I'll try again later.

The Moto G I got for my daughter was not unlockable when I followed the bootloader unlock process.

I was going to try this rom on my N9, but the rom download never completes. It gets to 0.2MB and stops. Just me or is this an issue for anyone else?

Not if you manually flash those pieces. If you run the script that comes with the factory image, it runs a fastboot - w update update.zip and does wipe/factory reset your device. If you extract the update.zip file (name varies by device) then manually flash using fastboot flash system...

Sorry I was talking about my Nexus 9. The same will apply when the Nexus 6 factory image is available though

I flashed only the factory system.img and vendor.img files via fastboot (extracted from the 5.0.1 factory image) then booted into TWRP, reflashed the SuperSU zip, and I still have root. I didn't have to go back to stock unrooted.

I got mine today. Sadly, the accents piece did not come with the M cutout (it was a solid circle). When I ordered, this was specified as an option. I emailed dbrand and they said the following: I ended up leaving off the solid circle as I don't like how it looks.

AT&T and Verizon phones both check your subscription before allowing the hotspot and this is why the toggle doesn't show up on its own
