Ever since rooting I cant open the appstore app. Anyone have any ideals? I tried to uninstall it and then I tried to install a different apk, no luck yet. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm glad you posted this, it makes a lot of sense knowing that other roms behave differently to dirty flashing. I was on Chroma and couldn't dirty flash. I'm on PureNexus now and I can dirty flash Gapps. When it comes to dirty flashing these roms and Gapps you've made a valid point. Thanks.

That's not true. Not flashing Gapps has caused problems for many of us. On my Nexus 6p I have to flash the Gapps package also or I get the FC's he's talking about. I had the same problem and had to do a factory reset. From then on whenever I dirty flash I flash the Gapps package too, it's been...

I'm no expert but I had this same problem and it seemed like everything I tried to do to 'fix' it made the problem worse. The only solution I found (and that's after trying everything else) was to wipe data and reflash. Worked perfectly after that. I know they are quick to suggest wiping system...

Lock effect mode is off and I have no ideal the other thing you said. You lost me there. But its not working, its still the same, only bluetooth contols are working. Can you better explain what you did. How did you turn the speaker off?

I switched from Franco's kernel to ElementalX, still getting pops and cracks. The sound was perfect when I was on 3.9 (with Franco's kernel) so I'm assuming this has something to do with the kernels and/or Dolby Atmos. Is there a kernel anyone can recommend that is working without the pops...

Nexus 6p, Pure nexus rom. I never got atmos working on any version but v4a was working fine. Now it won't play through either player except with bluetooth.

I had everything fine with 3.9. Read the thread and flashed to 4.2.1 and I ended up having to wipe everything and reinstall everything. Went to apply 4.2.1 and processing no. Uggh.

I have Chainfire's 2.66 installed. And something i've noticed now while trying to fix it, it works great in Google Music but not much difference with Poweramp. Is there any way I can get it to work with Poweramp? And thanks for your reply. Also, it only plays in compatible mode.
