I can confidently say, as much as it sucks to realize this, it was the battery. My phone now runs down to 1% and holds a charge all day with accubattery reporting 99% battery health after 4 charging sessions.

I didn't add any more adhesive, the battery seemed to stay in fine with the little bit that was left over.

It seems like these phones have a slight bend tolerance. Mine used to sit flat on a table, but doesn't anymore. If I torque the phone a bit the other way, the bend will reduce and it will sit flat on a table again. It is a bit annoying but I can get used to it. I'll make a video if someone wants.

Stock will dial the same spam number when I hold down 1. Dialing my own number leads me to my own voicemail, however, which tells me that I have no messages. Clearing data temporarily gets rid of the icon, but only temporarily.

I enjoy this rom, it's smooth and stable as it is, but what's with the phantom voicemail malware? It seems like this is present on all 4.4.2 AOKP sourced roms that i've flashed. (For example, Dirty Unicorns has this issue as well.) If I get the free time i'll try to look into it a bit more.

I can attest to the same issue, make sure you're not using a junky charger while charging your phone. As long as i'm not using a junky charger my phone doesn't lag at all. Hope that helps a bit...

The one I have IS compatible. I have an MHL adapter from my friends Samsung Infuse 4G and it works flawlessly for my EVO 3D.

It's all based on the power drawing from the source. I don't think the cable makes a difference. As a general rule, USB charges slower than AC.

I don't think Sprint throttles. It might throttle all of it's users in order to keep a cell site operating, but if they do this, it is indeed on a network level. (And I doubt that they do this anyway.) I'm not sure that you could speed up your connection regardless, Sprint has always been slow.

If your phone shipped s-off then you shouldn't have any problems, even if you have to take your phone into Sprint for repair. If you're on 1.50 there's no way to get S-OFF at this time. But if you REALLY wanted to I guess you could just flash the current RUU to revert to S-ON.
