I have the same problem with YouTube. Clean install but black screen with audio only. I can't play a video in chrome either but it will play in an incognito tab. Any ideas please? Using this as my daily driver.

I know this threads quite old but I managed to sign up using TOR. Then just kept switching identity and checking the IP till I got one in the US. Signed up, signed in and working superb.

Your best bet is to try half a dozen of the most popular ROMs and make your own decision. Just because a dozen people say a ROM is great, doesn't mean it'll be any good for your needs. Only you know the answer to that one.
