I found a few articles in Internet talking about dialer FC and using non default lcd density. I was using 210, changed to 240 and will see if it will solve the problem.

Sometimes my dialer gives FC. Anyone with such problem ? How to fix it ?

If it says something like "incompatible with this device" reduce your lcd density to 160 and try to install app from market again.

Taking a look at your other older posts in other threads (bricked phone / dropped phone, etc), I can be sure that you have hardware issue and it´s not problem of this build. I recommend for you to go to HD2 General forum and ask help there.

Are you using newest NEXUSHD version 3.1a ? MAGLDR or CLK ? Did you follow the installations instructions in the first post ?

I never have rebooting problems with any GPS lib version. Does your phone become hot (bottom of the back of the phone) when using GPS ? If you use an older GPS lib version, does it reboot ?

Put root folder and system folder. META-INF isn't necessary if using SD version. You're not updating, you're downgrading from version 2.1 to 1.7. I would like to see if someone could do a test and reapply version 2.1 into this build. I know it has 2.1 but as Americandroid build developers...

I hope not :) This build uses Hastarin 8.6 kernel while you suggest Tytung R11. Tytung kernel has BT compatibility issues with a few BT devices like my Sony DR-BT22 headphone because of problems with AVRCP (FF, REW and Stop) function that don't work.
