Performance got quite bad for me with r89: the phone is very sluggish and laggy after screen wake, and it takes about 4-5 minutes of usage to have it become responsive. Battery life is hugely improved: I'm talking +70-80%, almost doubled screen on time.

Nevermind, it was just the application manager not showing the correct value. Went to the terminal emulator and "cat /proc/meminfo" shows it right.
Still, ram is way not enough to handle the system. Gonna try with a bit of swap.
Seems I'm not able to use the 100 mb of RAM with radio 2708.
