    That's what I was wondering, maybe I will try again. I am actually on TIng using Sprint network so I don't know if I can get the other side refreshed. I think I will try Res Remix and if that doesn't work go back to stock again. Thank you for all your help.

    hyelton I used TOT method on my LS990 using on Sprint, now I cant get LTE/4G. Is there any partitions that don't get wiped out using this method? Maybe something containing network settings? Thank you

    I notice that it has a refresh animation by the signal meter now too. http://i.imgur.com/NqnUNPt.png Thats what made me think it was an APN setting. It does the refresh for about 30 seconds before it can find a signal.
