I don't think that Sprint Nav or Sprint TV work on custom roms. On the second thought I thought I'd give it a try and tried installing the sprintTV apk and it installed without any problems and is running pretty smooth.

I am currently using this ROM [ROM(S)]CM7-EX.v9, its pretty neat, still has a few minor issues but it's usable and yeah its Gingerbread. No 4G or HDMI.

I've been using the app for quite some time, haven't had any problems... or doubts.
