Yeah same here bro, are you on 4.3? I just switched to stock Rooted 4.3 and it doesnt work anymore, but when I was on 4.2.2 it worked fine. So apparently they havent updated the game yet to accept the newest version of Android.

Just getting back into Android world, this says flash in recovery but it doesn't show up. So what am I doing wrong. In the old days kernels were just like a ROM.

You can download any kernel and flash it on top of the rom, just make sure you wipe cache and dalvik and you will be good to go. Not sure if TDJ released the final version to the public, it is in his rom, but he did release RC2 and I have been running RC2 for like a week and its running good...
