I did not use ADB at all. I just used Android Mate to move the files to the correct folder on my MTG4. It was really easy. Took like 5 seconds to copy the files I downloaded from the SD card and put them in /data/local/.

I am using launcher pro. I actually just bought the paid version for the extra widgets. I like it a lot. The only thing I wish it had would be the Vibrant style app drawer. I had to get away from having the stock myFavs on the dock. Other wise the stock is ok. The stock widgets are nice but now...

I downloaded ADW and tested out the menu options for the bottom. You have to disable the dots then it lets you do 5 apps. Some times it helps to not talk and test out first... :D
