Yes agree, that's why I never wanted to have a galaxy phone for longer period... but if you had a Nexus 4 or 5, you would know why I feel lag for the original Android 6.0/6.0.1 when I just recieved mine... in the Nexus 4/5, phone encryption is optional, that's why it's running very fast... and...

I strongly agree some of your points as an old Nexus user... but here I got some good news for you for the lag issue of this phone, what you need to do is to disable enforced phone encryption by following steps in the post listed below...

I did erase cache AFTER flashing boot.img... but didn't do it BEFORE flashing... does it matter? anyway I've upgraded HBOOT, and flashed Revolution HD rom successfully

Hi Hari, I did exactly what you listed here, but when I applied step 4, the phone wouldn't restart, after selected 'restart', it will go back to fast boot UI... and if I don't do step 4, the phone can restart, but will hang at 'HTC One' screen... how about yours? successful restored to stock...

no crash on my phone using the same rom(cm10 nightly build 0919)... u can try to do a factory reset then try again, sometimes there may have some hiccups

you mean worse battery life compares to the stock rom? maybe i don't know that becoz i directly flash to simple streak 1.2 once i got my device, but compare to my desire HD, the battery is much better already

I would say they are different type, chacha is a great phone for those who need an android phone with portrait QWERTY keyboard, or bb fans feeling bored with rim OS

I found there's no big improvement on battery life for normal use, but it's impressive when the phone is standby, much better than my desire HD... I'm buying momax battery from HongKong, it's 1700mA for sansation & chacha, hopefully it can give longer battery life

be careful with Samsung Galaxy Pro, it only has a 320x240 screen which won't give u good android experience... i almost overlooked it when choosing between 9300 & 9780
