I installed the Stock Lollipop ROM and now when I try to install it via TWRP, it gives me an error that the file is corrupt. I am downloading it to my PC then copying it to my SD Card I then tried extracting it and turning it into a TAR to install via ODIN, but ODIN would crash.

Guess I need to do a full wipe, reinstall then only restore my downloaded apps via Titanium. Thanks!

OTA Update failure, uh, update ... Turns out the signature test is failing when trying to run the update via OTA. I've downloaded the latest release and will be doing a wipe and install this weekend.

Same here. The OTA Download is failing for the newest update and that's all I can tell you at the moment. Don't know if a logcat will help. :-\
