If you follow the link from the first post you don't have to wait for email. I did that last year and didn't have an issue.

Has anyone received their returns pack yet? I am still waiting and have emailed them twice now. I dont want to get charged for next month's payment.

But the annoying what's app box pops up too when you go look at your phone. The one app that works when the screen is off is messages for me.

In the keynote one of the feature they talked about is when you get a message whilst watching a video you can now drag the message down and reply without stopping the video. I can't seem to get this to work does it work for anyone else?

Ordered via Samsung I just hope its arrives before I go to work.

I got the silicone case for my s8 and won't be getting it again. In under 6 months the corners was worn down and the shell of the case was showing. Samsung replaced with a new one and same thing happened.

Hmm maybe should have waited for Samsung oh well. But some people who that link said they couldn't upgrade yet. So think we should be ok fingers crossed.

They were useless said couldn't find my order so I called up and they said the same. They said it could be that the close brothers is still processing my order that's why I can't track it.

I have ordered the s9 + in lilac purple and I can't decide which case would be better as I want to show the colour but still have good protection and not add bulk. I had the ultra before on my s8 and found it a bit bulky and took away the slim slick look to the phone. Not had the liquid crystal...

I noticed that too. But on the agreement it says Samsung. And I ordered the plus on the agreement its just say s9 that's why I wanted to check my order but I still can't track it and Samsung was no help.

I love the Samsung silicone case great to hold feels great

The dust collecting on the edges is seriously getting on my nerves. The ocd in me wants to rip the protector off and the other part of me can't stand the small faint marks I have on the screen.
