Yes, it's a SM-N900W8, Rogers phone. Flashed the .tar file, as seen in screen shot.

Still no joy here. checked the md5sum and my filechecks out file -- it is stuck at the recovery.img writing step and it fails. Interestingly, when in download mode, my phone lists: Write Protection: Enable Is that normal for everyone? Do we need to unlock the bootloader or something...
