Hello, I seem to be getting an error when i run the install.bat. It seems to finish and try rebooting into TWRP recovery but then says; 'error: no devices/emulators found' and the device (Z2 Tablet SGP521) just reboots and starts up as normal. Any idea on what might be causing the problem?

At least you get that far. I get either the phone saying I need adb version 1.0.32 or higher to sideload which I already have or on my cmd line it says error: protocol fault (no status) which I have no idea even after searching on google. Keep checking to see if I get the OTA naturally but so...
