Did this file end up working for you? I was on the 5.1.1 and then rooted and later ended up bricking my tablet...the only ftf file I can find is the 5.0.2 internal version and the 4.4.4 kit kat. I've tried making ftf files but whatever I get off xperifirm never shows in the available files box...

you should be able to boot into recovery from power off depending on what phone you have...or you can get to recovery from your bootloader....or you can use adb...what phone are you using because unless you find a way to get into your recovery you will stay stuck in a boot loop Sent from my HTC...
