    Hello! I'm with the same problem, using 180.46.117.XT925.Brasil.en.BR I've flashed different and a few custom recovery cwm/twrp. now as I do it, everything seems to be OK as I flash them on fastboot. I disconnect the usb, turn it off, access bootmenu, select recoverymode. bootloader warning...

    now it did worked, also i've used a motorola fastboot (uploaded), i could flash the recovery.img now, I've turned it back on (holding power+vol down) and it enters the normal bootloader screen, no recover menu or anything different. just like it was before. maybe my ROM is not compatible

    sorry it took too long to answer you. now it won't be online on the adb. i think i've tried everything, new drivers, sdk update, debuggin on/off, delete certifieds pcs, reboot. I'm about to give up hahahah I couldn't try to do "mfastboot erase cache" :(
