Your phone reboot to system but every reboot it goes first to bootloader or only bootloader is loaded and you can't boot to system? If first then do what acejavelin said. If system is not loaded then flash firmware again.

Hmm... can you try to flash firmware again? For now skip factory reset in recovery. You can do it later. Flash the latest Marshmallow firmware in bootloader mode: fastboot oem fb_mode_set fastboot flash partition gpt.bin fastboot flash bootloader bootloader.img fastboot flash logo logo.bin...

If you are doing downgrade, you don't have to downgrade bootloader (and you musn't downgrade partition!). Just do: fastboot oem fb_mode_set fastboot flash logo logo.bin fastboot flash boot boot.img fastboot flash recovery recovery.img fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.0 fastboot...

Sorry my bad, not 0.85 mA but 850 mA hah. You were using 200 mA since charging in night? When I was using 850 mA it tooks me 4-5 hours to charge from 0-100%. If you were using 200 mA in night so its okey because this charger is weak.

I think if you flash partition and bootloader then it also should work. Brick issue only appears when you are trying to do downgrade from marshmallow to lollipop and you flash older partition (you should always have the newest one).

Can you show us command which you used? To flash twrp you should do: fastboot flash recovery twrp.img Remember to rename downloaded image to twrp :)

As we know XT1541 (2 gb) didn't get OTA to 6.0.1 yet. I installed it by this guide. Does it safe to install update by OTA when Motorola release new version? I didn't do downgrade. Just simple update 5.1-(OTA)->6.0-(Fastboot)->6.0.1
