These are more or less 1:1 images of the TS+ so yes, in case you somehow need up your watch you should be fine to flash it. I honestly would only flash the system image, as that would be the only thing you'd need to replace.

I'm using Enforced on S5. No issues. Tldr: Use an insecure kernel to obtain root. Install flashfire or safestrap. Using those recoveries, install a deodexed TW ROM. Install the xposed zip through said recoveries. Reboot, install xposed apk. Install modules, activate, reboot. You're done...

Is anyone getting Camera Server Error messages when using camera? I don't know if it has to do with Link Platform or not but I'm getting zero cooperation when I try to take pictures. Wiping cache fixed it temporarily but it keeps popping up.
