Get it running as your primary rom, then either copy it to a secondary and re-flash something that can use a multirom kernel as a primary, or swap it with a secondary rom with a multi-rom kernel.

To get this to work on multirom, install as your primary (copy your current primary to secondary if you want to save it)and let it boot to make sure everything works, and then swap it with a secondary rom. Installing as a secondary right off the bat will wipe your primary rom.

Yes, if you're using TWRP then to perform a factory reset you'd go to wipe and then slide the factory reset slider. Make sure to make a nandroid next time! To restore to complete stock youll need to either need to do it manually through fastboot, or use motorola's flashing utility called RSD...

You should be able to run a factory reset an then flash kryptonite just fine. If youre still having issues, I'd restore a nandroid if you have one, if not rsd to stock. What error did it give you?

It's the NFC antenna, be careful not to unplug it if you don't have to, and if you do make sure it's connected well afterwards. The adhesive is fairly strong so you should be good for tranferring it to the new battery, but be gentle removing it as not to tear the antenna

That error is caused by the version of TWRP you are using. Something about different versions and different updater scripts. Some have had sucess with 2.8.1, some with 2.6.3.1 and some with 2.7.1.1. You will need to try all three until you find the one that works for you. Do not touch the power...

After a flash back to completely stock vzw 4.4.4, when flashing I now get a huge block of errors. First off is "unable to stat '/data/power_supply_logger/power_supply_info.bin" as well as "failed to mount /dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc" i'm usually alright with this stuff but this one has me stumped

There is no hardware or software difference besides the unlockable bootloader. When the bootloader exploit gets released, unlock your device, and it will be nearly the same. (I only say nearly because I feel like i'm forgetting something.

Got an email for a survey for an upcoming vzw beta. Ill upload the update when I receive it. Where does it download to? Unlocked running Eclipse 3.3 and faux kernel at the moment. Do I need to return to stock for my phone to download the update? Or just if I want to apply it?

Same problem, same thought about a remedy, however when i replaced both the odex and apk and just the apk, whenever i tried to type anything in the messaging app, it crashed. I've used the same apk on both aosp roms and eclipse so that shouldn't be the problem.

I'm not entirely sure what your problem is, but it seems like you're saying that audio quality is worse when screen is off? If so i'm pretty sure the moto x has a max screen off frequency so that may be it.

I wouldn't take my word for it, but i remember reading about a downgrade then upgrade process where you would downgrade to 4.2.2 post cam then root then upgrade again, it might help, no guarantee's though.

Pretty sure it's still just soak (or going out very very slowly) but you can always sideload the update, theres a thread in general with multiple links to it in the OP

Also, if you really want 4.4.2, there is a zip in the android development section with an unofficial sbf. Be very careful with what files you flash, i flashed the zip in RSD lite blindly (my mistake) and spend four hours trying to figure out why i didn't have data or any mobile connection...
