Hello I just went from Ensec (Patch 20140318) to Operative but I can't see the notification bar, is this how it supposed to work? Or do I need to do something else? Thank you!!

I'm sorry, I'm new on all of this suff, I installed the latest patch 20140318 and I would to to see change to Operative UI, and you mentioned that from Ensec to Operative requires to run the installer, what is that means? is it something i need to run on the TS? Thank you!!
