This is official OTA update for GSM only. your phone needs to be completely stock to update OTA, if you have a unlocked bootlaoader and rooted then you'll have to wait for a flashable update zip if on a stock rom. if you are on a custom rom then i suppose flash to stock and apply the update and...

I'm happy with this to use this daily, the only bug so far is the lock screen only shows 1/4 of the page and the rest shows the the wallpaper??

i'm sitting at work with my phone in the charger being charged, it's currently on 83% with 4 bars of signal and I'm showing a 3g icon, it often goes to H too and my screen on time is 1min.

Just be aware when you unlock your boot loader that EVERYTHING on the phone will be erased so back up your files and store them on your pc
