Thanks a lot for your response I actually rooted because I wanted to use substratum themes and enable aux module in gcam. Apart from that no other reason. So I guess I am not missing out on too much . I actually unrooted my phone and relocked the bootloader. But again thanks for the response!

Thanks a lot I was able to successfully flash the patched image . And I even updated magisk to latest canary build Thanks a lot Suppose new version of oxygen os comes out Then should I wait for the patched image again or will I be able to update and preserve root ?

Whats the process to root using the patched img posted here I am on 10.3.1 OOS currently Also if I root using this patched img will I we able to update to next OOS version ? and Will it preserve the root ?

Currently I have two reasons to flash To access auxiliary cameras in gcam we need root And also to use substratum themes we need root. But since there is no straight way of rooting as in no official twrp support for now ..I will do it later . I can probably do without the above two things

No you are wrong . Their hardware isn't different. Only thing is the software optimization is different for pixel devices . People are pissed off because gcam port has made wonders in devices who have great hardware but terrible software. Since OnePlus devices don't have too quality optimization...

3 years now I don't use any magisk modules But this Sot is because i was on WiFi all day If it's more calling and on mobile data it will drop to 10 hrs

I have done all the steps The same setup is working fine for me in MSM Q rom . I am using the nova launcher and the android 10 gestures and recents are working fine It's not working in this ROM

I don't know what's going wrong As soon as i flash the ROM I get the pixel launcher crash report I switched to nova launcher still getting the pop up I flashed quickstep and select lawnchair launcher and when I select the android 10 gestures I can't access recents I really want to use this ROM...

I have tried like 2 time reinstalling and trying As soon as the rom boots up i get that crash report . . Only way to shut that down is select two button gesture .. I tried installing the latest pixel launcher for android 10 and i am still having issues .. I will probably install this rom once...

Fingerprint is working no face unlock since Google removed it in latest gapps. No customisation since it's first build. It's stable ROM and can be used as daily driver. All basic things work fine !
