I get the 4 options to choose usb and I choose transferring media files. Dell laptop and Yes I have updated drivers.

Anyone else have trouble transferring files from pc to phone? It starts sending files but stops after 3 seconds. I tried different cables and turned usb debugging off and nothing.

I just a factory reset, the settings are back now. I was getting the subscription error message, I powered down and restarted and I noticed that the previous apps are still loaded, they do not auto clear. So I had to "swipe" "Data" away to clear it now it works. Thanks

I cant get my hotspot to show, any ideas. I did the fix but when I go to search for hot spot, its not found.

Anybody else experiencing YouTube hanging, Netflix(video stops, audio continues) after around 30 seconds? If I play a video in the YouTube app or Netflix, the video ALWAYS hangs/freezes. I can get it going again if I move the timeline position cursor, but after another 30 seconds, it freezes...

yea thanks Daniel, sprint replaced the screen even tho triangle away didnt make the phone status change, I dont think my sprint store care lol.

Thats just it, I hadnt did anything just took it out my bag and the screen was non responsive. I have not uninstalled any apps.

No I don't have any 3rd party lock screen. It just started all of a sudden. It even did it in safe mode. I wiped cache as well.

thanks for the reply, the screen is working in recovery just not when booted up.

All of a sudden, I am unable to unlock my phone. I only have unlock with swipe enable. I have reboot,and taken the battery out and still unable unlock. Any other suggestions? Edit: touch screen works in recovery mode.

I used CWM 6.0.4.4 to flash. I will try a pc transfer to pccard transfer instead of phone transfer and see what happens. thanks

I just got a new sandisk ultra 64g micro sdxc I. I am able to write to it when I download from the phone or transfer one file at a time. But when I try to transfer large files from my pc(old card) they start to transfer but after an hour, a file will freeze and the card will read that it is...
