Yeah, mine didn't take long either. But if they are getting bogged down, give the torrent a try. I will keep seeding it for at least a week or so. And if anyone else is using the torrent file, be sure to stay online and share it when you are done.

I would like to see this too. I have mine on full brightness all the time. In the sun, I can see it less well than I could my last phone - a 2 year old Frankenstein of a sprint/verizon palm pre2 monster. A little more brightness would be very nice :)

Does anyone know of a setting somewhere that will allow for additional video resolutions when using the camera? Perhaps I am missing something but I see the full resolution, with huge file sizes, and a resolution for MMS, which looks absolutely horrible for anything other than a quick MMS...

Agreed - I have it working on FreeGS4 as well and its very nice. I wish there was a way to do the 5x5 homescreen grids w/o breaking the calendar widget though, I really like using that. Regardless, this is still an amazing customization tool. Thanks to all involved.
