If I'm not mistaken you can use this app it's free and go disable Samsung update just use Odin to revert back or accept the update and that should work

I'm currently on beta updated to the second and from what I understand yes there will be one more if not 2 depending on what they fix on the next update I'm not flashing on the beta program
