I don't have a fire TV but it sounds like a crappy HDMI cable. Try a different brand then what you are using. I had got some cheap HDMI cables from amazon and this happened to me with one of my bluray players and a computer. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2

Tried it just couldn't handle it. Tried it with the kernal that this comes with and also the one you boosted. The tablet ran ART fine without f2fs but seems every Rom that has f2fs art doesn't run smooth. Fine with me though. F2fs runs great with dalvik. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2
