Apparently there's a new firmware (J3) update released for our country (Philippines). i'll flash it tom and will let you guys know if it fixes the touch problem. if it does, then i'm gonna to stop considering buying the new iPad Pro hahaha

Where do you see the hardware rev info? Also what firmware are you in during the time that you had the problem and currently? Hopefully this is not a hardware thing because samsung in our country isn't really helpful when it comes to admitting problems on their end. I had an awful experience...

it does, but as i've said there are games that are not compatible, not just with the controller but with the controls. like for example the aiming of skills for MOBA games.

There are games that aren't compatible with a controller, that are also not available on console. I have consoles and PC for gaming. but it would be nice to play the game you want on the tab right? after all we paid a premium for it.

guys this might sound like a stupid question but whenever i press POWER+VOLUME UP+VOLUME DOWN my device just reboots and i can't get into download mode. I'm certain that i am pressing the buttons firmly, but it just won't get into download mode. What am i doing wrong?

Also having this problem when playing MOBA games, it's extremely frustrating specially with games that you have to do a couple of things on the screen at the same time. Now the question is, will be ever be fixed by samsung?

Maybe it has something to do with the stupid Samsung 7 Days Security, you have to wait 7days starting from when you flashed the firmware for the OEM Unlock option to reappear. But you could also try this (got this from the Note 8 threads) - Flash latest stock firmware (optional) - Set clock 8...

I'm so happy to see that Luca already released the ROM. BTW my device too is "infected" with the OEM Unlock issue. I flashed this rom and i chose the Stock Settings, the OEM Unlock option is not appearing.

I see your point krabman, it's just that i think with the Auto Reboot option selected in Odin. The window to get into TWRP is much smaller compared to having it unchecked. But from the looks of it, it doesn't really matter what you choose to do as long as you get into recovery at right time...
