Just wanted to thank you again. I've isolated it to a broken cam module. Figured it out based on this Reddit post (which is a neat trick). Wonder if I can still buy a replacement cam module (the bit of researching I did said they stopped offering the camera fix in Nov 2018).

I appreciate the replies, I'm just not going to worry about it. Clean flashing is such a pain in the ass and I don't really use the camera on my phone. I'll probably just retire this phone soon in lieu of something with a microsd. Thanks again.

It was definitely working before on PA 7.1, What version of the the OOS camera are you using? Tried the latest but its a black screen for me.

I've just noticed, my rear camera seems to be not working correctly. The autofocus appears to not work at all. Anyone else having this issue?

Thank you. Yes this was the answer (I spent a late night troubleshooting) . I found the (dirty) 9.0.6 baseband/bl flashable zip. Flashed it in twrp and reflashed the rom. All is well now. I've been out of the loop for a while but it used to be common practice on here to have install instructions...

At my wits end. Clean flashed this rom today (came from PA Nougat) and cannot for the life of me get data to work; the cellular radio just keeps connecting and dropping.

Minor bug: Seems to be no way to disable the clear all button in recents. Overall very smooth when its running well. Still tends to get pretty laggy for me, but I believe this is more of how intensely I use it than an actually problem with the build.

This could be one of the most stable roms out there right now. Only thing I wish for is a different more battery friendly cpu governor. As it sits though, averaging around 15-16hrs and 5+ SOT.

Yeah I think that may have been the problem. Figured out though you can gut it with titanium. Backup NFC service, tags and wallet, then uninstall them. Haven't seen the wakelock resurface yet. Sent from my trltetmo using XDA Premium HD app

Is development dead for this rom? This NFC Wakelock issue is driving me nuts, resurfaces about every other reboot. It really needs to be gutted from the rom until they can figure it out.

Its normal, IDK why. I'm running AICP and even I've never seen my ram usage dip below 1.2GB, it was 1.4GB on the Sammy rom.

You should look again, there is a 12/26 build. I too am confused why there isn't a thread for it, considering its on there official device tree now. I found the unofficial build thread awhile ago but it hasn't been messed with since September.

Its not terrible, initial sync and (waiting for) building are the worst parts, google is your friend for errors. I may have to fire up my machine just for building this.

Does anyone know if there is a way for Tasker to read "link speed" on a wifi connection? I have a particular wireless network here at work that is wrecking my battery life with disconnects/reconnects, however its not signal strength issue (?), its maintains only ~11mbps link speed when it is...

Your two options are, downgrade it, or.... 1. install Xposed Framework 2. install Xhalofloatingwindow 3. blacklist chrome from launching in floating window 4. ????????????? 5. profit it was mentioned earlier in the thread btw.

Its an existing issue with Carbon source right now. Even in the official version.

Not familiar with 'Lion Tamer' but yeah on Greenify. Also trying out 'Unbounce' module (aka Amplify) to try and control wakelocks (seems to be helping).

Its one of these two apks. The DocumentsProviderUI.apk goes in the /system/app folder, while the DocumentsProvider.apk goes in the /system/priv-app folder (although I'm not sure how to get write access).

Did you reboot? Make sure Download manager isn't frozen as well.

Are you Greenifying? The issue most likely is stemming from Downloads/Download Manager.

I think its safe to say its not from that. Do you have GSAM or BBS? Also, what do your Wakeup Triggers look like in WLD.

Thats the top of your list @ 7m43s, in ~11hrs. Its not an issue. Probably from some sort sync or notification wakelock. I just don't think its a problem.
