I would uninstall all the 'free' apps you installed one by one till it stops. It is an ad that one of them is feeding you, a reset won't help if you reinstall all those apps back.

Actually I downloaded the test app and verified it works on my Sony running 6.0.1 prior to purchasing. I assume you did the same as suggested in the description of the app prior to purchasing. From what I've read in the posts it appears to be a known Samsung issue.

It will unroot, no way to get all the features back as when the bootloader is unlocked some DRM's are removed that can not be replaced.

I would try setting it back to a default ringtone. It may be having an issue with the one you are using. This is assuming your issuing a custom ringtone.

I'm in the US, never reflashed firmware after my Clove purchase. My phone uses about 2% batter over my sleep cycle, probably closer to 1% but once in a while I notice 2% most likely due to where it is in the percentage cycle when I set it aside for the night.

Just to verify you can make sure forwarding is off. Maybe even call AT&T and have them make sure there is no forwarding. I would suspect you would have noticed this with the previous phone but it wouldn't hurt to verify. Haven't seen any settings in the phone itself to do what your describing...
