This is an issue that happens on multiple devices. Happened to me on some of my older phones. I always found that it was much more effective to store the rom .zip file on your internal storage rather than your SD card.

I'm not going to be the one to say its impossible but its very unlikely. Different devices use different modems, kernels, and other system requirements. The CM team may be able to come up with something like that but you won't see it anytime soon if it happens. There are some ROMs out there...

Clearing the cache/dalvik cache and fixing permissions should do it. If you have a modded version of the settings.apk such as a theme or whatnot that could very well cause the issue. Good luck!

Not exactly sure. I know there are some ways out there that you can flash the ROM without the Kernel and be able to use it on other devices but I don't have time to confirm that. Go to the Q/A threads and look for an answer there!

I have to go back and re-theme everything because the APK files in the system aren't working correctly so no screenshots at the moment. But the color was like a neon green. Looked pretty sick on my computer! More updates to come!

Okay so the issue is involved with theming. I will have to take a different approach on messing with APK files. This is really odd but i will work more into it and see how to fix it.
