    Hi Think from the magisk manager app you would just install to inactive slot and reboot? Refer to the Magisk root for 7T thread for patched boot image and instructions.

    Not sure I can help beyond saying that I have Koodo, the sub of Tellus... And my 7T works perfectly with Koodo and OnePlus stock rom... And stock rooted....not sure about the 8 series...

    Seems ashame that OnePlus can't be of assistance for/TWRP support or development... But, I'm not in the know as to the implications or politics of such official/unofficial support in this endeavor...
