For anyone wanting to use Pixel Launcher with the new recent apps text select features, The DevicePersonalizationServices Magisk module causes bootloop. Install carefully only if you know how to remove modules via unsecured adb.

This module still causes bootloop on my OnePlus 7T (OOS10) Had to remove it through adb. Any ideas why ? Any work arounds that may exist to use this same functionality?

The Viper module doesn't yet work for Android 10, don't install that and you'd be fine.

If you have your bootloader unlocked, you need to download the full rom everytime.

How does that work out exactly? I previously had the patched boot image, but after I updated the root is ofcourse gone. How to patch the new boot image now, without losing data?

I just updated to 10.0.4 & wanted to flash the patched image. Just wanted to confirm whether you lose your data after flashing the boot image or not ? I don't have a backup handy & can't lose the data, can I still flash the patched image ?
