Exactly which wim do I use? The one in SurfaceRT\Win10_WIM\Surface_1\Chinese_assembly ? and then just rename it to install.wim? I did that and cannot boot.

There's some security feature that kicks in and blocks you from fully charging your phone if you're rooted. I'm guessing Samsung got tired of their batteries blowing up all the time so once they fixed it on their own ROMs they put the 80% in place to make sure they stay out of the news.

Got it! Settings > Apps > Three dots in upper right > Special Access > Use Premium text message service > tap on your app, in my case "Message service" and set it to what you want!
