So you tried Fastboot rom? If so you have to put your phone in fastbootd and not fastboot, there is a difference. I think they explained it in the fastboot thread. Put the phone in fast boot and run the command "fastboot reboot fastboot" If that doesn't work or they commands still failing. Try...

Try putting ./ Before your commands. For example ./fastboot reboot fastboot. That's the only way I can get it to work

I succeeded with flashing hydrogen os, thanks everyone for your help but the problem I had was on my end. I had Linux on my PC and it didn't wanna flash system for some reason but I went back to windows and everything worked

How do I flash Hydrogen os on a Oxygen os running phone, the local upgrade gives me a failed update message. I know that I have to extract the payload.bin but when I try to flash the system.img or product.img to the device on Fastbood it gives me "operation not permitted" it doesn't work in...

Install Google framework module from magisk then you can install Google Phone app and that can block calls from unknown callers. It works because I'm using it atm on my Oneplus 7T

I personally don't think it's a good daily driver just yet. I don't know how stable it is but Bluetooth don't work as other things, so you will have to live with bugs But when Android Q Beta 4 releases I think this ROM will make a good daily driver
