Is it just mine or is hotspot missing? I flashed an oreo modem after install that could be the issue. I'm us version. Toggle isn't there and option is missing from settings.

Not sure if addressed, but I know someone asked a while back. I just encrypted with this rom. It asked to plug in phone and for brief moment the button is live. I pressed it and proceeded with encryption process? I could sware it wasn't working a month ago... , but maybe I missed the...

Im back after fiddling with signal loss on oreo roms. So far this rom is working with sim 1 again. Have to see what happens when i hit a no service zone.

Was having SIM 1 connection issues since trying oreo roms. Finally got working with RR but after road trip yesterday lost signal and it didn't restore when back in range. Had to restore backup , then it happened again... Anyone dealt with this? Even flashing clean roms doesn't bring back...

I gave it quite a while, just showed iwlan status. It was software related too. I switched to and LOS 8.1 rom for a bit and had signal, but no sound on call. Went back to 8.0 and still only slot 2 working. Called ATT and told them which imei to register and still no change after power cycle...

Finally got this working on a2017u. I flashed straight through with 3.1.1 (by mistake) and it finally booted with decryption error reset. I formatted data in the then updated 3.2.16 Twrp and profit! I tried and had to keep starting over for the last few days to use an oreo rom, edls, asops...

Corning gorilla glass is for scratches... Never about cracks or breaking. All glass screen phones fail a drop test. You would think a company would produce an unbreakable screen... You may not upgrade as fast though?

That's what I did. There is oneclick root for lollipop now though once you're updated.

Change product operator to open in build prop.

Yes... Tethering included in my plan btw. Get brightness slider instead of toggle is the other difference.

Change build prop to open from Att on ro.product.target_operator. hotspot becomes a toggle too. Signal icons change as well.

Long press data toggle in dropdown menu to enter.
