micro sd is mounted to /mnt/emmc instead of /mnt/sdcard/external_sd I am also having weird external sd card problem here. First install Wiped data/factory reset then I don't see external sd so I did the "switch sd card" thing then I saw the external sd but the internal is gone. So checked FAQ...

I don't think the wet method will damage your phone. You need it set it overnight before putting your battery back. Plus op recommend clean your phone with Windex etc, which will do the same. Wet method is just so much easier.

I'v used Skinomi before. It is so easy to install. The installation does not even need to be carefully done. I am not really good at it. When I was done I was like oh GOD so many huge bubbles, but I trusted the manual and reviews online and waited for a couple of days. Then all of them are GONE...

On the back of the phone there are various microphone holes for noise cancellation and stereo recording. Is there any case that does NOT cover these holes? I can't find one, even the HTC case will cover these holes...

I thought MIUI does support Spanish. It is just the GalnetMIUI that does not support. I might be wrong, but check out the other MIUI thread in this same section of forum. Or miui.es

Not sure about your first issue, might have to flash again. There is no app drawer in MIUI. They took it out. I don't like it myself. A workaround is installing a different launcher such as Go Launcher.

I have another bug. Don't know anyone mentioned it yet. Sometimes I go into the call log and click on a log, the screen will lock, at the same time the phone is dialing that number. I can't wake up the screen, no button responses until the person I dialed hang up. Or I could pull the battery...

So I never opened the Kies software. The only reason I installed it is to get the driver. And the driver is working perfectly. Every time I plug it in to flash the phone, there is no problem. What is the benefit to update? Just feel better?

You will get bloatware on Skyrocket when you get it from ATT you can root and install custom rom without any bloatware yourself.

I think yes. There is rooted stock rom with all ATT and Google stuff in it. So you should be able to update with this rom.

I was just playing with {GalnetMIUI 1.11.7} {ICS 4.0.1} today, it has a "volume rocker wake" option in "Button Setting" in the system setting. I never used other MIUI tho I don't know about other version.
