I was able to successfully complete on a Windows 10 x64 machine by doing what chrisliphart did in his post. I changed the adb folder name to Android and running the commands.

I had the same cannot read file on my laptop running Windows 10 x64. I used the same file that I downloaded on a Windows 8 machine and had no issue installing MM.

I keep getting an error of "cannot read firmware.zip" when I try to sideload the MM file. I have tried downloading it twice and get the same error. If anyone else has experienced this any help will be greatly appreciated.
