Anyone facing the no sound in call problem, I had the same issue and fixed by navigating to settings>apps>manage apps>all>phone>clear cache. Also clear cache for phone storage. Then rebooted recovery and wipe dalvik cache (maybe overkill) & cache, reboot system. Problem solved for me. One week...

Towelroot wouldn't work. Says device isn't supported. Maybe it will get updated to work on lollipop. If I could obtain root I can flash custom recovery and start with a fresh install. Just have to find a way to do it with an app

I uninstalled/reinstalled drivers and still no go. Detects the wifes nexus 4 but not mine. Guess I'm screwed.

Had same problem and did a battery pull with phone on then reinstalled battery and powered on. Then I could delete but had to delete all threads. So far no more problems.

Was looking for a mod to remove SMS logs and found an app in the market called "Samsung logs converter" Removes sms logs from your call logs. Just an fyi for anyone looking for a solution. Seems to work well.
