Having the exact sample problem. I also did exactly as you did. I notice when an app uses the gps it takes a good 3 seconds to activate it after the app is open. I don't know how but on aokp's rom, the gps locked almost always in 2 3 seconds Sent from my SGH-I777 using xda app-developers app

Start by pressing ctrl + P. It will take you into the bios. Right click with the left shift key and take the battery off. It must be done simultaneously or else it won't work. Make sure you have a spare wheel in case anything goes wrong. Sent from my SGH-I777 using xda app-developers app

1st day - Android Usage was about 80% 2nd day - 40% Today - 8% Wifi seems to be turning off when the phone is locked now. Before it wouldn't. I get download speeds of 12mbps and upload of 1.1mbps I will report back on battery life tonight
