Just installed the Official CAF build for 3/08 and having some issues. So far the device has frozen twice while idle for roughly 10+ minutes each time. Settings crash when first accessing display control, and tweaks to the color saturation have no effect. Also, with the required CM Recovery...

Sorry for blowing your thread up with all of this. I just wanted to point out the issue I had after receiving the app notification to possibly save other users some frustration. I've always enjoyed your kernel and appreciate the hard work you put into it.

Because everybody with the EX app is going to check the XDA thread to verify what the app is saying. Edit: the main reason I purchased the app was to keep from having to check this thread for updates.

Myfluxi's builds are not simply base cm12 with a caf kernel. Edit: I'm sorry for assuming that what was marked as the ElementalX CAF Kernel in the app was, in fact, NOT a CAF kernel.

EX gives the user more control over kernel operations that simply isn't offered with the default caf kernel on CM12. I've also found myfluxi's CM builds to be more stable overall, and your kernel as always been the icing on the cake. I meant no offense, just wanted to mention that the app is...

So..the kernel that the app is listing as compatible with CM/CAF is not compatible with the full CAF version of CM12. Just wanted to put that out there before anyone else softbricks their phone like I did :)

Silent mode was sort of renamed. When you press a volume button click on 'None' to disable all sound or 'Priority' to only get notifications that you set as priority.

I apparently never used any of those features because it seems to have all the good stuff present.

I had an app to adjust colors that was interfering. For some reason it wasn't overriding the color calibration through settings menu on the previous version. Working fine now though.

The Swype keyboard works great as well

Can anyone confirm that color calibration is broken with 12/12? Was working fine with 12/11. Otherwise everything seems to be working well.

So you installed his unofficial cm12 over cm11 w/o a full wipe? What recovery are you on? Edit: just tried because I'm impatient and ended up with a bootloop. Had newest bootloader, radio, and twrp 2.8.2.0. Apparently others have made the transition without a wipe, so I'm obviously missing...

Could someone please explain the naming system here? I thought 032 and 036 were for 320 and 360 dpi, but what about 010 and 070? Are those for 100 and 700 dpi?

Not having any problems at all with BBS 1.16.0.0_b3 on latest nightly, radio, and elementalx 0.45
