I think AT&T are intentionally restricting you. The fix is for you to purchase ATT Lockers extended storage and pay them monthly for it.

I had no trouble at all when I called on the phone. After the store screwed me around I just called AT&T directly and they had no issues with shipping a new one out.

If you can wait until tomorrow, you should be able to exchange it in store. I would recommend swapping it out. The screen without scratches look amazingly beautiful. You paid a lot of money for your device, you definitely deserve one that is amazing.

I've only seen maybe one person complain about 128GB version, everyone else with 128GB versions have been fine. However, everyone with 32GB versions seem to be having the issue. It could be coincidence and have to do with popularity of the 32GB over the 128GB.

My AT&T edge just had a plastic sleeve loosely over it. Phone slid right out of it, and was covered in scratches only on the front side. The back is perfect.

Yeah, USPS will actually move stuff on weekends and holidays. My order got shipped out with 2 day priority, it left Saturday evening and it's already in my state. I'll be getting it Monday morning.

Plastic shouldn't have a hardness high enough to actually scratch the screen. Nor should dust. If these scratches are showing up, it would almost have to be from manufacturing I would believe. I am no expert though.

I have been doing a lot of reading about rooting and what not and have been trying to research it as much as I can. How would I root and keep the stock rom? I don't want anything changed, I just simply want the root access. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

I live in Indianapolis, IN and I have an H+ on my status bar and my speeds were clocked at 4139 kbps down 1105 kbps up 130ms ping I am currently a bit further out than Indianapolis at the moment though so I am not sure if the speeds will be better once I am in the city.
